Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy.
You agree with the terms of the Cancellation Policy and that any cancellation by You or by a Traveler, and any related refund or remaining remittances owed to You, will be processed in accordance with the Cancellation Policy in force at the time of the booking.
Burton Safari Tours and Shuttle Services may cancel any booking, in its sole discretion, if We believe in good faith that such cancellation is necessary to prevent or reduce any damages to any user of the Site and/or to Burton Safari Tours and Shuttle Services. We will reimburse and/or refund You and/or the Traveler in accordance with the reasons for cancellation and with the Cancellation Policy.
- Cancellation Clause Policy:
Notice of Tours (Bookings) cancellation cut off within 48 hours. The cancellation fee is 10%
- Trip disruption: Bookings for Mosselbay, due to Mother Natures wont be able to escort the clients to shore. Burton Safari Tours and Shuttle Services will first take in consideration the following:
- Petrol
- Toll gates
- Bank charges
Refunds Policy:
Refund payments will be subject to a deduction of 10%, along with bank charges, before being refunded to the original payment method used for the booking. Please be aware that it may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account or card balance, depending on the processing time of your bank.
How to Cancel a Booking
All cancellations must be initiated by contacting Burton Safari Tours & Shuttle Services Support via:
